IAPH Research Project
Overview:
Historically hypnotherapy has been cited as being helpful in the treatment of a number of conditions. More recently evidence from a number of research studies has indicated that hypnotherapy has a vital role to play in aspects of health care such as the control of nausea and vomiting in cancer care, (European Journal of Cancer Care. 2007) and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) (International Journal of Clinical & Experimental Hypnosis, 2006).
We already have strong anecdotal evidence that our own therapy (Pure Hypnoanalysis) is effective, and some of this evidence exists in the form of video testimonials which can be accessed on this site. We are now keen to move this forward, and record client responses in a systematic way.
From August 1st 2008, clients who have completed a course of pure hypnoanalysis will have the opportunity to participate in our online research survey. Our experience to date suggests that our therapy is one of the quickest and most effective forms of addressing a range of problem such as ; anxiety, phobias, neurosis, depression, eating disorders etc - primarily because it can totally and permanently resolve the unconscious conflicts that cause these symptoms.
IAPH therapists practice a unique form of therapy - 'pure hypnoanalysis', and we hope that, if you are a former client, you will feel encouraged to contribute your own responses. The information obtained in our survey will enable us to evaluate our approach, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our service to clients.
