Although the online application form does not at this time rest on a secure server, it is emailed directly to the IAPH main office. At the time of writing no data has ever been lost or stolen using this application form, but if in doubt you can send or fax the form to the following address with your payment.

The application form is not stored or sent anywhere else and the IAPH does not store credit card information online. All personal information is kept on paper under lock and key in the IAPH main office.

Privacy Policy

We do not sell, loan, rent or share data with any third parties. Any personal information collected by the IAPH such as your name, e-mail address and phone number is held in the strictest confidence and subject to the UK Data Protection Act (1998), who we are registered with. The information you give is used solely for the purpose of providing you, the customer, with the highest possible level of service and to process your order should you apply for the course.

We never e-mail for any reason other than passing information on about Hypnotherapy Training with the IAPH or HCB. Your e-mail address is not added to a database.

Over 5000 people have taken this training course and we have never had a problem with e-mail addresses or application forms, or indeed any other information, going missing or falling into the wrong hands.
